Transportation is the responsibility of the seller. Shipping is by Bartolini express courier upon receipt and collection of payment. All shipments are delivered to the customer within the next 48/72 hours with rare exceptions. The shopping cart automatically calculates shipping costs taking into account the characteristics of the product itself.
RECEIPT OF THE GOODS AND ANY DAMAGE
Upon receipt of the package, it is essential to check the condition of the packaging. If the packaging is damaged or not intact, it is necessary to put on the accompanying document, the words “Withdrawal subject to control because the package is damaged,” before signing the receipt.
Alternatively, you must refuse the goods. If the packaging is undamaged but it is assumed that the item has been damaged affix the words “Withdrawal subject to verification of the integrity of the contents.”
Finally send by email or to the address at the bottom of the site, a statement containing a description of the condition of the packaging, with attached photos of the goods, within 24 hours. Adherence to these simple precautions will allow us to intervene with the courier for troubleshooting.
